Local legend of the Red Marta from Batina village (Baranja region), cruel vineyard owner with ted hair. All passengers wanted to go across Danube had to pay a gold coin or to work in her vineyards while the debt was repaid. King Matija Korvin punished her for cruelty and place where her whip (batina) was found was named Batina.
