Story about humoristical magazine Pikač from Prelog, small city in Medjimurje region. Pikač is the oldest living satirical paper in Croatia, and film is made by Prelog City Library and Pikač Editorial Board on the occasion of 70th birthday of magasine and it’s celebration on April 1, 2022.
