Pasta Schutta

My submission for the Waat platform is about the traditional dish Pasta-schutta. It’s a dish I grew up with in South-Tyrol an Italian region with German culture. The story of “Pasta-schutta” is a good introduction to South-Tyrol’s history, it encapsulates many aspects of it. The video follows the form of a “Ego documentary” in the sense of the Waat educators guide. I hope you like the video, I am excited to learn about your heritage.
